The founder of SPRINGTEAM, Chom, comes from a long line of real estate investors dating back to the 1800s. Her great grandfather served as a royal official during the reign of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) and was involved in managing the Crown Property Bureau’s real estate while also pursuing his own real estate investments. This legacy of real estate knowledge and experience has been passed down through generations, making real estate a natural and important part of Chom’s family.
Chom began her individual adventure in the real estate field while attending university in 2011. Wanting to obtain hands-on expertise, she chose to work as a part-timer at a Japanese real estate firm, with a focus on attending to Japanese clients. During this period, she discovered her enthusiasm for the sector and felt fortunate to have uncovered her true calling.

Her tenure with this company allowed her to further expand her expertise in property investment and gain valuable insights into the overall real estate market.
